I manage the entire email marketing process using Mailchimp, from strategy to execution. This includes creating and designing email campaigns that are visually appealing and aligned with our brand. I segment the audience based on different customer profiles, ensuring targeted messaging that resonates with each group. I also set up automated email workflows for specific customer actions, such as welcome emails and abandoned cart reminders. Additionally, I conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content to optimize open and click-through rates. After each campaign, I analyze performance metrics like open rates, click rates, and conversions, making data-driven adjustments to improve future campaigns

Week 4: Hubspot

I use HubSpot to manage and optimize various aspects of our digital marketing strategy. This includes creating and managing email campaigns, tracking customer interactions, and automating marketing workflows to nurture leads effectively. I also leverage HubSpot’s CRM to track and manage customer data, ensuring we have a clear understanding of our audience. Through HubSpot’s analytics, I monitor campaign performance, assess engagement metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, I manage content distribution via HubSpot’s blog and social media tools, ensuring consistency across channels and improving our inbound marketing efforts

Wordpress

I manage the development and ongoing maintenance of our website using WordPress. This includes designing and customizing the site layout, selecting and configuring themes, and integrating essential plugins to enhance functionality, such as SEO tools and email marketing integration. I ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for mobile devices, and fast-loading to provide a positive user experience. Additionally, I handle regular updates, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the website’s performance by optimizing content and structure for better search engine ranking. I also use WordPress analytics tools to track visitor behavior and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement

Digital Marketing staregy

I had the opportunity to work with a real client, the Paul Lavelle Foundation, as part of a team. The foundation approached us with a specific request: to develop a strategic 12-month digital marketing campaign aimed at raising awareness of their support service for males experiencing domestic violence. Our task was to create a comprehensive plan and pitch it to the foundation in a presentation.

Drawing upon our knowledge and skills, we utilized the SOSTAC framework to develop a robust 12-month plan. This involved conducting extensive research on the target audience, analyzing market trends, and understanding the unique challenges faced by males in domestic violence situations. With a deep understanding of the foundation's goals and the target audience's needs, we crafted a campaign that aimed to increase awareness and encourage more individuals to seek support from the charity.

Our plan encompassed various digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance online visibility, content marketing to provide valuable resources and information, social media campaigns to engage the target audience, and targeted online advertising to reach a wider audience. We also incorporated elements of email marketing and influencer collaborations to amplify the campaign's impact.

As a team, we collaborated closely to ensure the campaign's coherence and effectiveness. We allocated responsibilities, set milestones, and implemented mechanisms for tracking and measuring the campaign's success. Through regular meetings and effective communication, we fine-tuned our strategies and refined our presentation, ready to pitch our comprehensive 12-month digital marketing campaign to the Paul Lavelle Foundation.

This experience provided me with invaluable insights into creating a digital marketing campaign for a real-world client. It allowed me to apply the concepts and theories learned during my university studies to develop a practical and impactful plan. Working as a team enhanced my collaborative and problem-solving skills, and pitching our ideas to the client refined my presentation and communication abilities. Overall, this project not only enriched my understanding of digital marketing but also gave me a valuable taste of working on meaningful campaigns that can make a difference in people's lives.
